We bought a house through Monarch and experienced great customer service. Jas was very personable and easy to deal with. Communication was good and he was always willing to take many calls and do extra viewings when needed. He helped us to secure the property of our dreams and to push the transaction through in a timely manner. We are very appreciative of everything Jas did for us and also to deal with a nice estate agent.

After having dealt with Monarch Commercial previously, when I realised they now also do Residential work I approached them to help me with the sale of my house. I had it on the market for a few months with another agent and was getting no where. I had been let down from sales falling through. Monarch were willing to help me even though my property was not in their local area. I met with Jas, who was very helpful and honest. He made suggestions on how we should market my property going forward and how we could sell it. Once they took over the marketing, viewings picked up and we found a buyer. This time unlike previously the sale went through very smoothly. I put most of this down to the way Jas dealt with everything and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Monarch to anyone looking to sell their property. Their professionalism and approach was very refreshing.

I used Monarch in April 2018, and I had a very good experience with them. I dealt with Jas and I would also recommend him to everyone. He is very polite and I moved into the Apartment I desired within two weeks of discussing with it. Everything was efficient and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have used Monarch to rent a flat last year. I had a pleasant experience and everything went smooth. I was given an opportunity to view the flat before I signed any agreement with them. I handed in my deposit and I moved into the flat a couple days later as we agreed on the date, there were no delays in the process. I will be using Monarch Commercial in the future and I highly recommend them.

Used them to rent a flat which I was in for 2 and half years . Before signing a last year contact that I was there for I made there was a break clause as I was unsure if I was going to move . I had just had a new born and 2 other children it was very difficult for me to move everything out . I spoke to one of the estate agent and asked them if I could have weekend. They agreed I didn't mind paying for the 2 extra days I was there . So we handed the keys to Sam the security and waiting for the deposit to return . I called 2 days later and spoke to some one called Harry . Very very unprofessional . The worst experience I have ever had . He said I owed them 7000 pounds because the broke the clause and stayed 2 days extra . They said I damaged the property and asked them for evidence . No deposit back . Please don't ever used them con men !!!

Unfortunately I had to deal with them as a rental agent for TRS apartment. They charge huge fees. Once fees is paid there is no customer service as they will ask you to contact the landlord. Never ever deal with them on phone or in cash. Always ask in writing for whatever they say and pay only by cheque or via bank. I had very very bad personal experience in dealing with them. I hope your experience is pleasant and far better than me.
Given a choice of rewinding the clock, I will never ever use them to rent any flat or property.
Just to clarify this is my personal experience.
