12th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I instructed Sinton Andrews Northfield Office to sell my house in Balfour Road.Rob and Cathryn did an incredible job and in less than 1 week had obtained 6 viewings and 3 offers 2 of which were at asking price.The buyers had no chain and were ready to proceed straightaway.I was kept fully up to date as the sale went through and could not fault their professionalism at every stage.They even recommended a builder to replace the kitchen ceiling which was in disrepair who acted quickly and did a very good job.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Sinton Andrews indeed I have already instructed them to sell another house in Hanwell.

23rd May 2019 (7 years ago)Lived in property of which Devonshire estate agents were who we came to instead of landlord for help. Would not recommend to anyone. Very quick to take money for fees and rent but that’s all. Complained for months and nothing ever got resolved. Very unhappy with their service

Their communication has been excellent throughout, and they made the whole process of buying a property feel so easy and straightforward. Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Infinity Property and Jay, Kam and Satish to anyone looking to buy, sale or rent a property. Fantastic service from start to finish!

No matter what the query or issue is, he responds promptly, keeps me informed and goes above and beyond to find a solution.<br>His communication is excellent, and he treats people with genuine respect and kindness, making what can often be a stressful process much easier. It's clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and always follows through on what he says he will do.<br>If you're looking for an estate agent, I highly recommend contacting Regions Estates. Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their clients really set them apart.

3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)We really wanted to buy a house in the Brentham Garden suburb after being introduced to it by friends. Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.
20th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

Anaise was amazing, always at the end of the phone helping with any questions and keeping us informed of any updates. She was super friendly and helpful from our first meeting and from the way she interacted with the previous tenants I could tell we were in good hands. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would recommend Alexanders to anyone looking for a new home. 10/10
