They dealt with the sale in a very professional way — 10 out of 10!<br>We invited a few estate agents to view our property, and Jason was the only one who went out into the garden to appreciate the effort we had put into it. This was one of the reasons we decided to go with him.<br>Jason, Jo, Patricia and Nicola are all true professionals. Every one of them played a key role in selling our property, making the whole process completely stress-free and worry-free for us.<br>We would definitely recommend their services to everyone and would happily use them again in the future.

I have used them since 2016—initially for rental and later for the sale of my property—and every department has been outstanding.<br><br>When we first rented the property, Tony was brilliant—thoroughly professional and superb at finding us wonderful tenants.<br><br>Later, when moving to the sales department, that same high standard continued.Both the rental and sales teams have been consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. Their communication has been top-tier; they always kept me fully informed and handled key management, handovers, and complete confidentiality with absolute trustworthiness. Even during a challenging market, they were truly on it and delivered results.<br><br>A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Monika, along with Margaret and Robin in the Sales team, who were fantastic. Monika went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Since I wasn't based in London, her assistance and dedication has been invaluable. She was always highly professional, patient and polite, as well as prompt in replying to correspondence. While every single member of the team has been incredible, Monika has been truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend her and the agency highly enough.<br><br>At one point I briefly contracted another local agent whose service proved unreliable—I received endless reports of viewings that amounted to nothing, all talk and no action. In contrast, Doyles provided fewer but more realistic reports of viewings, that brought genuine interest, questions, and real offers. I quickly dropped the other agent and kept Doyles as a sole agent, and they got the job done.<br><br>Thank you Doyles!

From the first time they came to visit the property, to their amazing advice on pricing and marketing, the organisation of the viewings and their selection of buyers, the experience has been fantastic. They managed to sell the property very quickly in the best condition possible. I highly recommend them!
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had a traumatic experience with Aston Rowe. As a suggestion, just be cautious of any property being advertised by them.<br><br>Denis showed me the place and did answer questions honestly about the property. The property had so many issues, don’t even know where to begin. The property was on Lynton Road. There was a gas leak the day I moved in. And then had to move out immediately into an Airbnb, cost borne by me. This was despite the fact I was given gas certificate. The gas cooker was so old that it caused gas leak. Charlie, the head of letting, was so complacent in doing his job and didn’t take anything raised seriously.<br><br>The property wasn’t professionally cleaned. The flush wasn’t working properly for 2 months. The heating wasn’t working and I had to get it fixed. The toilet seat was broken. The whole WC had to be replaced. I left within 6 months.<br><br>And their property management is a joke.Alix was on leave for 1 month and there was no one to cover. I had no water situation twice and fuse shorting once and she replied after she came back from her leaves. There is no sense of urgency and care, just don’t want to work. The Owners were the worst. They took weeks to okay the smallest request, especially relating to toilet flush which is a matter of basic hygiene. They cheaped out on everything. All the furniture was broken which you would only know when you start using it. And when you asked to replace, they said just throw it in the garage.<br><br>To sum up, if you are looking to rent into that area, NEVER EVER consider ASTON ROWE.- 31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We had an excellent experience with Gibbs Gillespie Northfields during the purchase of our home on Felix Road.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Adam Obszanski and Abraham Oommen for their exceptional professionalism, patience and dedication throughout what turned out to be a very challenging purchase.<br><br>Unfortunately, our transaction was delayed due to issues with our original conveyancer, which created a great deal of frustration and uncertainty. Throughout the process, Abraham and Adam remained proactive, supportive and reassuring. They maintained regular communication, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly with all parties involved to help overcome the challenges and keep the transaction moving forward.<br><br>Their commitment, persistence and genuine care for their clients made a real difference. 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I have consistently had bad experiences looking for a flat through Foxtons in both Ealing and Guildford. This goes to show it is the mentality of the agency, rather than just a branch problem. Essentially, the lettings team will not admit that flats advertised are no longer available, and will offer to show you suitable flats based on your criteria. On most occasions, nearly all the flats did not meet my requirements (furtnished when I need unfurtnished, available after my move in date, etc). This is just a waste of time, which in the end may push some applicants to accept a flat out of need. It would be far better to admit there is nothing suitable right now, and let you pursue other agencies. Agents hunt commision and do not really care for their applicants and tenants. On the last occasion I was looking for a flat, the letting agent was talking about how obstructive tenants are these days, by not allowing unlimited access to flats for the new applicants. That should have been a warning sign.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
