From the very beginning, he was friendly, reassuring, and always easy to speak to. He kept us updated throughout and made the whole process feel much less stressful.<br><br>He was genuinely lovely to deal with and massively supportive. Always happy to help, nothing felt like too much trouble, and we felt really well looked after. We’d happily recommend Stuart to anyone buying a home.
15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. I hope I won't be moving again for some time but if I have to, there will be no hesitation in my choice. Thank you, Go View London!

Although we ultimately did not secure a tenant, Michael consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to provide straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily in his own commercial interest. Michael took the time to review applicant information, discuss concerns in detail, and provide honest feedback rather than simply encouraging me to accept unsuitable tenants. I always felt that he was looking at the bigger picture and helping me make informed decisions. When another agency refused to return my property keys, Go View stepped in and collected them on my behalf, despite having no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Michael was always approachable, responsive, and willing to make time for a phone call when I needed guidance. His honesty and practical advice gave me confidence throughout what was often a challenging process. We called Perkins Estate Agents and Hassan answered the phone and booked our viewing.<br><br>From that point onwards, we experienced a level of professionalism, care and attention which almost made us forget that Hassan was representing the seller! Umar guided us through our sale from start to finish and was also on hand for us whenever we had any questions in reference to any potential purchases as well. He was very professional, patient, approachable and extremely helpful. Initially he sold our house but unfortunately our seller decided to pull their property off the market a week before exchange leaving us incredibly devastated. But credit to Umar he remained positive even when my wife and I had given up hope. He was in regular contact with us to make a plan of action and the first thing he recommended was that we continue the momentum and put our house back on the market while we continue looking for another place. Lo and behold Umar sold our house again literally within the first few viewings! We then found a place that we loved and this time we were lucky enough to get this property over the line. I truly believe that one of the main reasons for us completing was due to Umar's plan to keep the momentum going to obtain another solid offer on our house otherwise we could very well have missed out on our current property as well. He is a credit to Allday&Miller and we are so very grateful for not only his vast expertise as an estate agent but also for the kindness he showed us just when we were about to give up. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
