11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

12th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)It's not completed yet but I've been delighted with the support I have received so far with the sale of my house. I'm really impressed with Danni who has kept on top of chasing progress and communications with all parties and keeping me updated and informed. Estate Agents are not cheap but I feel this service has been great value for money from marketing, to sale, to getting it finalised asap.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)What stands out for me with Foxtons was the ongoing support to ensure as smooth as sale as possible. Foxtons Hemel sold my parents home (marketing, viewing, feedback, all excellent service), however the star had to be Jack (based at Watford) who managed the process once the offer had been secured. Jack kept everyone up to date, and given the totally unforseen circumstances we found ourselves in, still held the chain together. Happy to say completed today. Recommend Foxtons if you are selling in the Watford / Kings Langley / Hemel area

14th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)It was Signature Watford I dealt with. They were helpful, kept one fully informed and up to date. I dealt with Peter Heath most of the time - he was courteous at all times with a quiet caring manner. I would recommend him to anyone. Someone who you could trust 100%.

The whole team are professional, approachable and genuinely committed to delivering the best experience possible. A very special mention has to go to Charlie, who truly goes above and beyond. From our first enquiry to receiving our valuation, everything was handled with efficiency and care. Charlie arranged our valuation super quickly and provided clear, honest advice that made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. If you are looking for an estate agent who is proactive, reliable and genuinely supportive, I would highly recommend Robinson Estate Agents. An exceptional service all round.
14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)So good for so long as a landlord, efficient and helpful. Then it went wrong when difficulties with tenants leaving when I needed to move back in. Feels like the tenants are priority and no attempt to use the accelerated process available, with everything on go slow. If I'm cynical , is this because they are still receiving rent and so earning fee which will stop when I get the house back? Currently feel I have no option but to take over eviction process myself. If you go with them, don't bother with paying for them to deal with evicting tenants, just do it yourself.

Lovely personal touch to add of a wonderful hamper left.in property for us and was ideal and thoughtful when needed most full of useful items that turned out to be essential. Would use again.- 16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We'd had a trying period with another local estate agent before turning to Dey King and Haria based on a stellar experience with Joshua Roston when viewing a property some months prior. Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, personable and, above all else, honest. It was on that basis that we reached out to see if DKH could value our property. We felt they worked a lot harder to market it and Joshua's communication throughout the process was flawless. He is very clearly someone who cares about his work and his clients – not a trait displayed in all estate agents. Once the sale was agreed, Joshua put us into the equally capable hands of Hannah James in her role as Sales Progressor. Hannah was every bit as diligent, open and helpful as her colleague and went out of her way time and time again to move things along throughout a difficult process that saw the buyer's solicitor close down mere days before exchange. She was proactive, very assured and unflappable throughout – precisely what was needed when dealing with previously unseen circumstances and a difficult managing agent. Joshua and Hannah are both a credit to Dey King and Haria which is a firm we would not just use again but recommend to anyone in the areas they operate. Estate agents have a reputation – DKH and its employees are doing a very good job of re-writing it for the better.

Both Adam and Rachel were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. They worked hard in getting our property listed and sold promptly. The communication was 1st class, they really went out of their way to keep us well updated and help out with everything. Even recommending local trades when necessary. They are a breath of fresh air in the industry, using WhatsApp to communicate which was so easy. We were really impressed. Thank you guys for everything you did, we really appreciate it!
