Foxtons is a great institution and it’s always a good experience doing business with them. All of the staff I have dealt with have always accommodated to my needs and been friendly to engage with. There is one extremely pleasant and hard working woman who I have to give a mention to however. Ellie Slaughter will always go above and beyond for any client. I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects. Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment. As a tenant, you want to feel like you are supported through the process of offering to signing. So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords.
