The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

From the very beginning he was incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to respond to every question. The whole rental process was clear, smooth and handled with great care. Matthew went above and beyond to make everything easy — he explained every step, kept me updated throughout, and made sure the agreement reflected exactly what was discussed. Even after receiving the keys, he acted immediately when I reported small issues and arranged help straight away. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest and genuinely supportive. 26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Called every day for a week to get tree branches removed from my garden (they took down two trees on their property next door), despite daily promises the big branches are still there a week after the trees came down.<br>** It's my landlord who is most annoyed, I'm just frustrated that I have not been kept in the loop/given updates. I was assured it would be done on Friday... A call to apologise and tell me the plans going forward would have been appreciated ??????
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)?? 1 star<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with Nexa South Wales has been extremely frustrating.<br><br>I have been living in my current property since February and have experienced ongoing maintenance issues almost from the beginning. There have been repeated leaks from the bathroom into the kitchen, including an incident where water flooded into the kitchen and affected the electrics. Multiple contractors have attended, with various parts replaced and repairs attempted, but I have repeatedly had to chase for issues to actually be resolved.<br><br>I have also been left waiting for months for damage caused by the leaks to be properly made good, including staining and repainting the kitchen ceiling.<br><br>More recently, the boiler has been leaking for months. Two leaks were identified, one was repaired, but I have still been waiting for the other to be resolved. This morning, the boiler started leaking heavily again at around 6am, leaving me with no choice but to turn off the internal stopcock. As a result, I currently have no water, hot water or heating in the property.<br><br>What is particularly disappointing is the lack of urgency and communication. An inspection was also carried out around a month ago, with several issues identified and uploaded to my online account. Despite this, I have received no follow-up and nobody has attended to address those issues.<br><br>I have repeatedly reported problems and tried to be patient, but I feel that I am constantly having to chase the letting agent, landlord and builder to get basic maintenance and safety issues dealt with.<br><br>I appreciate that repairs can sometimes take time, but there is a significant difference between a repair taking time and repeatedly having to chase unresolved problems for months, particularly when they involve water leaks, electrical concerns and loss of essential services.<br><br>The whole situation has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and has significantly affected my experience of living in the property. I would simply expect maintenance issues to be taken seriously, communicated properly and dealt with within a reasonable timeframe.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far and would not currently recommend Nexa South Wales based on the way my tenancy and ongoing maintenance issues have been handled.

Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, especially when things don’t always go to plan, but Claire was always there to help, chase things up and keep me updated.<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable, friendly and supportive everyone was throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was just another customer, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about getting the sale completed.<br><br>Thank you so much to Claire and the whole team for all your patience, hard work and support. I really appreciate everything you did to help get me over the finish line. I couldn’t be happier to finally have the sale completed!<br><br>Would absolutely recommend them. ??

They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.
