From the initial viewing all the way to completion, Ali was always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. His communication was excellent, and he made sure to stay in touch with both the seller and the seller’s solicitor to keep everything moving smoothly. Buying a house can be stressful, but Ali’s guidance and dedication made the whole process much easier for me. I truly appreciate the effort and support he provided every step of the way. I would highly recommend Petty Real and especially Ali Hamza to anyone looking to buy a property.

26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Can't thank Keenans enough and in particular Debbie. We saw a house on the Wednesday and picked up the keys one week later! Debbie was quick to respond to questions and worked with the landlord to ensure a quick handover and move in.
5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Initially, the sales team were incredibly helpful and valued the property accurately and asserted they already had buyers lining up for the property. In reality this wasn’t the case and in the 5 weeks only one viewing. Promised lots but Did not deliver.

We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

Rita was always one step ahead — chasing things up, keeping us updated, and doing everything possible to make sure the sale went through. She’s honestly the most amazing person to deal with, and we can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. 7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The property I am renting has a leaking kitchen ceiling and a boiler that drops pressure at least a couple of times a week. I reported the issues for repairs months ago but I am still waiting for a response and a fix. Feels like poor customer service to me.

James, John & Harry were amazing, they were always on hand whenever we needed anything. They made the process so smooth, we sold the house to the first person who viewed it, with 4 days of it being up, all thanks to the guys.
