Emerson handled all of our many viewings and was always patient, informative and professional throughout providing us with information on properties and also the local area. Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile. In particular I'd like to thank Isabella for her help throughout this purchase - I hope her manager is reading this; she deserves some recognition!

19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)They always keep you uodated in regards to feedback on previous viewings. Very professional agents as the communication between us and them has never been experienced before I have and will continually recommend to to my friends and colleagues.
20th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.

They offered honest, reliable and trustworthy advice and went above and beyond to help us. Lizzie and Natasha in particular were fantastic! Our house purchase had a few issues along the way and the Aylsham Arnold Keys branch worked incredibly hard to solve them quickly and effectively, often ringing round various contacts everyday. We would highly recommend them.

They made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had. Their expertise and attention to detail really stood out, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. I would highly recommend Strutt & Parker Norwich Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)So , the estate agent acted for the vendor, I was a cash buyer and had no agent. Late in the process ie 4 months after my offer was accepted, I became aware that my urgency to complete the purchase was not fully appreciated. I then contacted Joanne Lobb who was able to intervene with solicitors and push the process through, to my joy and relief. I felt she had become my best ally.
