28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

Only issue was that sometimes I explained to one agent about repairs happening on the home but this did not seem to be communicated to other agents who were showing the home, so prospective buyers did not know this (I was asked questions by an agent after a viewing for something I already communicated)

They both assisted me not only with the sale of my previous property around a year and a half ago, but also more recently with my search for a new home and the mortgage application process. Throughout the entire journey, they have consistently been friendly, approachable and completely trustworthy. What really stood out to me was the level of both professional and emotional support they provided. Moving house can be a stressful experience, but Sarah and Jack were always on hand to offer guidance, reassurance, and clear communication at every stage. Their knowledge and dedication made a real difference and gave me confidence throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or arrange a mortgage. 16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We engaged Rowena from Bonds to sell our flat. We had been to other local Estate Agents, who in our opinion were under valuing the property just to achieve a quick sale. We had a figure in mind, because it was effectively a bespoke property, which she was more than happy to run with. The whole process was seamless, and we were constantly updated on viewings, and prospective buyers. We managed to get a buyer reasonably quickly, and once again we were kept informed on the progress, including what we could expect from the legal side. The legal side is always the problematic part of the process, but Rowena was constantly professional and proactive , always managing to ease our constant frustration with the lack of urgency from the legal side. When we eventually sell our main dwelling, and downsize we will not hesitate in retaining the services of Bonds and Rowena!

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

16th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team.
