28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Very poor experience with this agency.<br>There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind.<br><br>This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation.<br><br>Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.

Connor, James and Hannah all made the renting process so simple and relatively stress free, they answered any questions I had in detail and made my first time renting much easier than I expected!! I would recommend black and golds to anyone regardless of whether you’re renting or buying!! Absolutely exceptional.

Due to illness my mind isn't what it was and I found the process very stressful and hard to keep the information all in, but chatting to steven made me feel comfortable and stress free we couldn't of asked for a nicer gentleman, I have all the trust that my property will sell for what iv asked for and more. Thanks steven for understanding my issues and working with us to suit us.
