The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

She’s been friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right property. She’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and has been great at keeping in touch. Although I haven’t found the right property yet, I really appreciate all of Jess’s help and would happily recommend the team at Shipways Redditch.

No matter how many times we called we were greeted with a lovely and helpful attitude and reassurance was always offered. Questions were answered as many times as it took us to understand. Chased today (Tuesday) about viewings & miraculously it has been let. Just communicate correctly, its not much to ask. 16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I have been extremely impressed with Jilly throughout the process of selling my property. From the initial valuation, she was helpful, friendly, polite and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Jilly has also conducted a number of the viewings at my property and the service she provides is excellent. She is knowledgeable, engaging and takes the time to explain the property properly to potential buyers, which is exactly what you would hope for from an estate agent representing your home.<br><br>Whilst my experience with Oakmans as a whole has not always been as consistent, Jilly has been superb throughout and is a real credit to the company. If you are considering selling with Oakmans, I would strongly recommend asking for Jilly.
