From the first meeting, there was no hard sell, just lots of questions, so that they could understand our position. Knowledgeable, professional and good people to deal with. Very proactive and helped to resolve a few last minute hic-ups. Would highly recommend.

I have bought and latterly sold through Wild and Lye and both transactions were handled with a competence that comes from long standing experience. The service delivered is excellent and the fees are more than reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about Jonathan and Wild and Lye.

23rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.

Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. 28th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
