From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. This is my first experience renting with a guarantor, and I must say the process was quite rigorous, but I should mention that the staff were very helpful. At no point did they make me feel that I would not be successful in my application.<br><br>Despite the long wait, I am finally ready to move in as I anticipated. I was warmly welcomed at the offices when I needed more clarification, and I felt truly listened to.<br><br>Above all, I would like to give a special thank you to Katy Mwayi for being very responsive and keeping me updated at every stage of my tenancy application. I had originally signed up to go with another agency but after having a viewing with Claire I knew instantly I wanted her to sell my flat as she wasn’t pushy and had a lovely vibe. Ria and Lee were amazing at getting my sale over the finish line and were a pleasure to deal with. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agents. Highly recommend. ??????

Only issue was that sometimes I explained to one agent about repairs happening on the home but this did not seem to be communicated to other agents who were showing the home, so prospective buyers did not know this (I was asked questions by an agent after a viewing for something I already communicated)

The bed would benefit from a topper and some better pillows and as others have mentioned a deep clean would not go amiss. We enjoyed our stay very much.
