As a first time buyer, Sharon was reassuring and helpful and allowed me enough time when viewing to plan and imagine myself living there. I highly recommend Sharon and if ever I decided to sell, would use Fraser Wheeler again.

17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with the lettings department.<br>My tenancy deposit of £750 was due to be returned on 16 September 2026.<br><br>My landlord has confirmed to me that they authorised the release of the deposit several weeks ago, yet the money has still not been returned.<br><br>I contacted the Torquay branch on 16 September and was told I would receive a call or email, but neither happened. I contacted them again later that day and left a voicemail.<br><br>I then submitted a formal complaint in writing.<br><br>The following morning I escalated the matter to Connells' central lettings contacts, only to subsequently be told that the complaint apparently hadn't even been logged.<br><br>I appreciate that formal complaints can take time to investigate.<br><br>My concern is that I can't currently get a clear answer as to where my deposit is, why it hasn't been returned when the landlord says release was authorised weeks ago, or who is actually dealing with the matter.<br><br>I'm simply looking for the £750 deposit to be returned and a clear explanation of what has happened.<br><br>I will happily update this review if Connells resolves the matter satisfactorily.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I do not know where to start from to thank all the staff of the Taylors Estates Agency, Paignton.<br>I will start by thanking Ryan, who showed I and my wife round the property we bought.<br>He is amazing, he is a star. He explained every details of each properties we visited when we went for viewing, very jovial, easy to approach and all, and most importantly on time.<br><br>All the staff of the Taylors Estates Agent are all amazing and wonderful. They are the right team for this job.<br>I give you all 10 Stars<br>Whenever I call on phone, they answer and explain all questions I brought up.<br>They made sure I was successful at the end of the day.<br>I am very happy I am partnering with the Taylors Estates Agency on this.<br>I won't forget to mention that they referred me to Mortgage Advisor, Solicitor, they are all fantastic, they are all on time to deliver the job to be honest.<br>Kudos all!<br>You all are stars!<br>Love you guys xxxx

Nothing felt like too much trouble and they kept us informed at every stage. Really appreciate all their help in getting us into our new home thankyou
29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Fulfords in Newton Abbot, particularly with Amy, who made the whole process from viewing the property through to moving in feel incredibly straightforward and well organised.<br><br>Communication was always clear and prompt, and everything progressed very smoothly without ever feeling stressful or complicated. Amy was friendly, approachable and warm throughout, and was always happy to help with any questions along the way.<br><br>Overall, the whole process felt very streamlined and professional, while still being personal and welcoming. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would happily recommend Amy and the Fulfords Newton Abbot team.- 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We were extremely happy with the way Connells handled the sale of our Mum & Dad’s house, from the valuation for probate, to the sale itself. They were very patient and understanding, offering advice and always professional. They also offered an extremely competitive fee. We would definitely use them again.
4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I recently sold my 4 bed detached house through Eric Lloyd in Churston, Brixham. Although the legal process was challenging I found the professional ongoing support of Rachel and her team invaluable.<br>Eric Lloyd also have a ‘Sales Progression’ team in the Brixham Office who are brilliant at keeping you regularly updated with what is happening.<br>Overall a professional service with excellent communication, honest appraisal of what is needed to achieve the sale/purchase and a desire to get their customer the end goal.<br>I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.- 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Perfect experience highly recommended

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Seriously I could not be more shocked at the level of service. Having seen a flat come on Friday I emailed straights away. I also called and left numbers. I then called on the Monday (which was a real chore as no one was answering the phone) after 10th time to be told that the lady who deals with letting not in, but they would leave a message for her I then call Tuesday morning 10 mins after the lines are open to say that she has booked all the viewings and that they are not taking anymore. Shocking waste of time and the attitude was really tough luck, not Im sorry maybe I could help with another property.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I have just bought a new house from Persimmon Homes and used a preferred Estate Agents, Bradleys in Paignton, via the Persimmon Homes "Home Change" scheme, as one of the two agents to sell my house. Thank God I did! My house has been on the market with several other estate agents previously but to no avail. Bradleys in Paignton seem to have been the only ones to actively sell my house and get people through the door to view. We had several viewings and after a while a sale was agreed. Although there are only 3 properties in the chain, things have been very slow with getting the details finalised but, again, Bradleys have been the only ones to actively chase this, continually phoning the housebuilder, solicitors and the buyer to move things along. Debbie and Arash especially have gone above and beyond to chase up the progress on the sale and have, as requested, contacted me every single week to update me on the progress, whether there was any news or not. As we were coming up to exchanging contracts, Bradleys were phoning me every single day with the updates and seemed to be doing all the work from my perspective! I cannot thank them enough for all the continued hard work and effort, help and support that they put in to selling my property through to the exchange of contracts. The Manager, Debbie, even contacted me personally afterwards to congratulate me on the sale going through. I wouldn't hesistate in using Bradleys in Paignton again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house. Under sometimes very difficult circumstances, they proved to be invaluable in assisting the progression of the sale and made the situation run as smoothly as possible. The professionalism of the team was outstanding and I would recommend anyone looking to sell, rent or buy their property, to use Bradleys in Paignton, without any hesistation. They handled the sale of my mum’s house very professionally and were always helpful, approachable and kept me well informed throughout the process.<br><br>They were responsive whenever I had questions and always took the time to explain what was happening. The whole team were friendly and professional, and I felt the sale was in safe hands throughout.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

He was always very knowledgeable on the properties he was suggesting or showing me around, and if he didn't know an answer to my questions, he would do his best to find out. He always came across very polite and was a pleasure to meet. He sets a very high standard that unfortunately the other agents I've met with are yet to meet. He is a credit to the company!

Being first time buyers, we had no clue on anything but James walked us through every step of the way explaining every fine detail. James went above and beyond and would highly recommend him.
