This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates.<br><br>Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date.<br><br>I would recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking to sell.<br><br>Thank you.

Although the legal process was challenging I found the professional ongoing support of Rachel and her team invaluable.<br>Eric Lloyd also have a ‘Sales Progression’ team in the Brixham Office who are brilliant at keeping you regularly updated with what is happening.<br>Overall a professional service with excellent communication, honest appraisal of what is needed to achieve the sale/purchase and a desire to get their customer the end goal.<br>I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.- 31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Thank you for the way you handled the sale of our late parents' home. 12th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises. I suggest using someone else.
9th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Average, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc<br>Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc<br>Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing<br>Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days<br>Would never go with a huge chain like this again

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)As Executor, I have recently had to sell my Late Mother's home (my childhood home). We asked more than one Estate Agent to view the property before deciding on Stags. The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)My Sister initially contracted Chamberlains to deal with renting out our Mothers house when she went into residential care in 2018.<br><br>I now hold the rental contract with Chamberlains. I live in Wales so I have to have a reliable agent that I can have confidence in, who can take care of the property on my behalf.<br><br>I have always found Chamberlains professional in dealing with myself and the tenant. Any issues that arise are brought to my attention and sorted out promptly.<br><br>They have contacts with trades people who can remedy problems like plumbing, electrical and general maintenance for example.<br><br>Chamberlains are also approachable and friendly when I need to phone. They also update me with new Rental laws, and notify me on any changes to my obligations as a landlord.<br><br>Chamberlains has found me good tenants through their vetting procedure when required. The property is also inspected regularly and reports sent to me.<br><br>I am very happy with the service that Chamberlains provide to me and I would highly recommend them.

You worked extremely hard throughout, always professional but not forgetting the needs and wants of the seller, being very friendly, always positive and most helpful every step of the way.<br>Would most certainly engage with you again.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I was mostly looked after by the wonderful Milly Orchard at Fulfords. (And, on the occassion I called when she was out, by Tammy, who was also wonderfully warm and helpful!). Milly was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional while I had to sort everything out on a crunched timescale for finding and moving in to a new place as a tenant, and helped me every step of the way to get into my new, wonderful place to live. Some of the usual process was complex in my case - difficulty accessing documents, having changed my name - but Milly was incredibly helpful in letting me know what we could do, how to do it, and generally keeping me informed and reassured as we figured it all out. It would have been infinitely more stressful without knowing I was in Milly’s hands, and she’s an absolute credit to Fulfords. Absolutely delighted by my move, and Fulfords were wonderful every step of the way. Moving can be so hectic and stressful, and they were wonderful, professional, helpful, and most of all amidst the stress of moving, every interaction felt warm and human and kind.
