Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

From the very beginning, Lincoln and team went above and beyond to help us sell our home and achieve the best possible result. 6th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I have just completed on my new property bought through Barton Fleming in Bicester. From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks

Throughout the process, she kept me fully updated on progress and client appointments, and was genuinely keen to secure a rental as quickly as possible. Both Jasmine and Chloe supported me with clear guidance, timely responses, and helpful clarification of my queries. Their professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress?free. They make a very professional and efficient team. Highly recommended.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
