30th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

Diane was so easily contactable and sold our house so fast!!! We had a viewing I think it was less than 24hr advertised. Can't thank you enough for everything we highly recommend this estate agents, professional, honest, always available to answer our questions. No sales pitch, no sugar-coating - just honest advice. 17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.

Benningtons, Stuart and Laura, are concise, emphatic and genuinely know the local market. Thorough and precise communication throughout, total honesty and transparency.
