Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. That level of dedication, care, and commitment really deserves recognition. His personality, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience so much better. I would also like to give a massive thank you to Jaake for all his help while David was on holiday. Jaake was incredibly helpful, approachable, and informative, and he made sure I got all the information I needed. His support was greatly appreciated, and he was a pleasure to deal with. 23rd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Exceptional experience selling with Pygotts Grantham, the process from valuation, official listing to viewers and a sale was under 2 weeks which is exactly what we were hoping for to get a shot at buying a house we loved!<br>Luke came round out of hours and was really enthusiastic about our property, this gave a great feeling from the off.<br>The whole team throughout the process were brilliant, handled all viewings, key management for surveys, constant communications, and helping push the chain along every step of the way. Special shout out to Luke, Keelan, Demi & Rosie

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Communication was excellent throughout, and the regular data updates on how the listing was performing were a great touch.<br>Once we'd secured a buyer, they stayed with us, guiding us through the legal process right up to exchange. Stu and Amber are knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand. I can't recommend them highly enough.
