5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I can’t rate Daniel highly enough. He moved us into a property over a weekend because he totally understood our situation. We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service

12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would recommend Simon Blyth to everyone, we have recently used them for two sales and a purchase and their service is excellent. Maria and her team at Penistone are calm and supportive in the most stressful of situations, they are always at the end of the phone to alleviate even the smallest of worries and go above and beyond. There was no pressure during valuation, very honest and clear advice was given and they have gone above and beyond. Our situation hasn’t been the easiest but I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other agent. Maria chases sales very efficiently and has also liaised with our purchase and done everything possible to help us. Thank you so much 10/10.

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)This is the second time we have used Bloor; we didn't use them last time, but we did use them the time before that (read between the lines about the last one...). Same as the first time - competitively priced, sensible valuation, and quick to find us a buyer. We went on the market, got the asking price, and completed within 10 weeks. Neal, Joanne and Rachel are all very professional, very helpful and bent over backwards when we needed them to. Cannot recommend highly enough - we probably won't move again, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bloors again.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

Always there when I needed them and were happy to give help, advice and plenty of emotional support when required!! They made a stressful situation seamless and I would not hesitate to use Butchers again.

15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

We moved to Australia half way through the move and left the formalities of the house sale with Amber. She kept us up to date and chased the solicitors (both ours and the buyers) when required. The service fee was a great value for money (compare to other estate agencies we've experienced lots of issues with) Thank you again for your help guys ??

Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Martin personally took care of viewings and a visit from a surveyor for us. He arranged an EPC at no cost to us. We would definitely use EweMove again and would recommend them to anyone.
