She’s been friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right property. She’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and has been great at keeping in touch. Although I haven’t found the right property yet, I really appreciate all of Jess’s help and would happily recommend the team at Shipways Redditch.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.<br>During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. A wonderful team at Redditch, sincerely thank you! Without hesitation, I'd highly recommend.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Jilly has also conducted a number of the viewings at my property and the service she provides is excellent. She is knowledgeable, engaging and takes the time to explain the property properly to potential buyers, which is exactly what you would hope for from an estate agent representing your home.<br><br>Whilst my experience with Oakmans as a whole has not always been as consistent, Jilly has been superb throughout and is a real credit to the company. If you are considering selling with Oakmans, I would strongly recommend asking for Jilly.
