I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

Manager Mr. Sam has been extremely helpful and supportive from the moment we landed in the UK until we moved into our new home. We stayed in a rental property managed by him for 3 years, and throughout this time the service was professional, reliable, and friendly. Everything was handled smoothly, and we always felt supported. Highly recommended.

Communication was clear, and they were quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. They took the time to understand the issue and worked efficiently to help resolve it. 9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.
