1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Landlords avoid this company. They are shambolic, a lack of transparent process and the left hand unable or unwilling to tell the right hand what’s happening. The type of company in our experience that give private landlords a bad name and make our job tougher than it already is in the current climate. Most certainly do not consider the deposit scheme with them.- 5th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Just want to thank the staff at Beresford Adams for the great experience I’ve had buying from them. They’ve been professional throughout and yet were able to make me feel that they cared about my experience- I was kept informed throughout & all requests were followed up & actioned quickly & thorougly. From the moment we met Becky for valuation we knew it was the right choice to make.<br><br>The pitch was very relaxed and well put across, we'd met some other local estate agents previously and were very put off by their aggressive sales pitch and sky high prices.<br><br>Photos and adverts were drafted very quickly and were a very high standard<br><br>From the viewing appointments to the offer process, we were kept well informed and couldn't fault them.<br><br>The after offer process became extremely stressful but the level of commitment from Marla and Sara towards the end of the process was nothing short of outstanding. The work they put in for us and our buyer to get it over the line was massively appreciated, I don't know how they put up with that level of stress from incompetent solicitors, I admire their patience.<br><br>Thanks to all of you who were involved in the process but especially to Marla and Sara, you've both been amazing and we can't thank you enough, we're glad we picked you!<br><br>Best wishes ??????

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)This review is long overdue, but it absolutely needs to be said: Berry & George are not your average estate agents, and Rich is quite simply the best sales agent you could hope to meet. We spent years trying to buy our first home, facing all the usual challenges: finances, finding the right size property, and securing the perfect location. We always believed that when we found the right house, we would just know. Many agents didn't understand that, but Rich did. From the day we met Rich and viewed our first property with Berry & George, we knew we had found the one. Rich understood exactly what we were looking for and supported us every step of the way. From day one through to well after we moved in, Rich was exceptional. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The whole team worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and we are still happily settled in the home we love today. After our previous purchase fell through at exchange, leaving us almost homeless and with just two weeks to find temporary accommodation, finally finding our home is a blessing. What may seem like everyday tasks or simply part of the job can make a life-changing difference to your clients.
