Reid & Roberts helped me with marketing and selling a property that I rented out for nearly 20 years. The Rightmove page was thorough with good photos and descriptions which I'm sure helped to sell the house quickly within six weeks. They conducted the viewings and provided me with feedback each time which was also helpful. The team also rang me with frequent updates and answered any questions I had regarding the sale there and then. All in all a very professional company who I would highly recommend to anyone selling their property.

Very poor way to handle viewings for a rental property. Daughter and partner travelled from Dorset to Mold via train only to be told 45mins before the viewing that the landlord had chosen not to continue viewings due to choosing someone else.
The expense of the train, the loss of wages, the inconvenience all to be sucked up by young people looking to start university lives.

Enquired on a house, filled out the questions they sent to which they said they would be organising viewings soon and would reach out.
I heard nothing for weeks so I chased up and was told it's now under application. No email, call or even text to tell me, no follow up to try and find another house. Poor service!! Same with most estate agents since covid with the market becoming busier but at least others have the courtesy to update.
I have no adverse credit, no pets and I work full time, so I'm certainly not a bad tenant.

Would not have picked Reid and Roberts Mold Or Holywell. Had we known.how poor there service was lying.putting phone done on clients.not replying.being rudly speaken too.other agent in the more Cooperative and got back with emails and phones.(keystone ) we would have been better looked after by keystone. We got call on the day of moving from keystone and email Congratulating us on our new home.Did not get one phone call or email from reid and roberts.

Would give 0 stars but not an option, the communication from reid roberts mold was and still is none existent, we got served notice to vacate our property as the landlords were selling up, Myself and my partner have been stressing trying to find a new home, being told by reid riberts that they would help in trying to find us a new home, did not happen, we eventually found a new house, I contacted reid roberts about us finding a new house and if we have to give notice with us already being under notice, to be told thay the landlords are no longer selling the property and we do not have to vacate the property. This could of been communicated a lot sooner than me having to email about giving notice and stressing about moving. Since receiving the email the communication is still very none existent.
Luckily we have a new letting agents who are amazing and have been so helpful in finding us a new home and updating us through the whole process of applying, moving and settling into our new home.
Would not recommend reid roberts mold at all!

Well, what a team! We spent a long time trying to move house over the past 2 years and were let down on multiple occasions on our onward purchases, but Reid & Roberts were amazing despite all the hassle it caused for them too.

Holly and Aimee have been absolutely amazing at supporting us through the sale of our property. They were always prompt to communicate viewings, offers and keep us updated on any information we needed. They were honest and gave us good advice around the pricing of our property and the presentation of our property.
Buying and selling property can be very stressful and we experienced a sale breaking down after months but we felt supported and listened to throughout by holly and Aimee. We came back to Reid and Roberts to try and sell again as we had been so happy with their support. We have now exchanged contracts and are hopefully on the way to moving to our new property soon! Moved all of my properties to a different letting agent after months of unresponsive phone calls & e-mails.
My tenants were upset & not informed that R&R had changed their bank details!
All of my tenants ended up in arrears, through no fault of their own.
One reported work they needed doing at the property to R&R several times, which l was never notified of.
I am absolutely sick of trying to communicate with this company & being ignored & so are my tenants.
Just glad to see the back of them.

Our experience with RR started out fine until we came to vacate the property. We did this earlier than the date we needed to and had cleaned the whole house. We met the estate agent there at the agreed time although she was 20 minutes late and we had to ring the office to check she was still attending.
We walked around with her whilst she commented on the excellent condition of the property. All was put back to as it had been when we took it on. We mentioned that the bins would need to be put out - we would have done so but we were handing over on a Friday and the collection wasn't until Monday. She thanked us for making her aware.
All appliances in the kitchen were checked and we were told everything was great and we could leave then whilst the final meter readings were checked. We were advised before we left that the process of returning the deposit would begin that afternoon and we should have it within a couple of days.
At this point we thought it was a good experience.
The beginning of the following week however, after chasing, we received the email with the meter readings but were also told we needed to pay for the oven to be professionally cleaned and that the bins needed to be emptied! We reiterated about the previous conversation about them being put out and that it had been confirmed that the property was in good order and the full deposit was to be returned and have sent numerous emails since as well as many phone calls but no one is responding.
They still have our deposit if over £1000 and we are very concerned as they will not speak to us. They have moved new clients into the house so we know they are making money from it whilst keeping ours.
On reflection, I would say to a potential customer that their approach is disingenuous and untrustworthy based on this experience.

We instructed Reid & Roberts Mold in difficult circumstances and under a deadline to find a buyer, having previously been messed around by two other buyers found through another agent.
The nature of our situation made me a demanding client but Lisa, Lauren, Hayley and Sharon were always patient and understanding.
We couldn’t have asked for any more from them when it came to promoting the property, and consequently the number of viewings increased significantly. They were helpful and always willing to provide updates.
Once we had accepted an offer they continued to provide support and assistance in pushing the sale through as quickly as possible.
We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work in selling our house and we would absolutely recommend them.
