We found the branch very organised and helpful. The company has a good communication system that keeps you up-to-date with developments. Once we found a buyer, they seemed eager to get the deal settle regardless of the low offer. This left us wondering why pay a higher commission when any other estate agency would have sold the property too for a much lower asking price. Time wasters. They don’t include pet restrictions in ads. When we ring to ask about pets, they state “pets will be considered on application”. Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…... Read more
