Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.

He is professional and knowledgeable but what I appreciated most was how calm he was and that he actually listened to me.<br>His answers and information he gave me were always about the house I was buying rather than sales talk.<br>I didn’t felt rushed into making a decision, which was very important to me.<br><br>It was a pleasure working with Adam and I would definitely recommend him.
