Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout.    We’ve seen 5 properties all shown by Georgie Fletcher who has been so unbelievably wonderful. Very professional showing, explained each property well and had great ideas on any adjustments we might want to fit our lifestyle. She was prompt, communicative and very accommodating. All properties were clean and laid out well, photos matching physical show. Georgie also took the time to check in throughout our progress of buying, remembering details and ensuring we had up to date information.
