I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Communication was excellent at every stage, we were always kept informed, nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions were dealt with quickly and clearly. Wilson Thomas went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and their expertise and dedication really showed. We felt completely confident and looked after from day one. Then Nicky has been amazing with the progression of the sale. Straight to the point with honest answers and always a phone call away if needed. From start to finish, the whole Link Homes team were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
