I first contacted Greys in Upton to do a valuation for probate. They were very knowledgeable about the state of the housing market and how easy it would be to sell the property. Once instructed they found a buyer immediately, although the sale collapsed they were very quick to market the property in arranging several viewings which resulted in a sensible offer which proceeded to a completed sale.
