Myself and my partner have just bought a property in Canford Heath and over the 6 months it took to move into our property the Team at Palmer Snell have been nothing short of fantastic. Grace Bennet is absolutely lovely, took us for our viewing and kept up with us, updating us at all of milestones along the way. Shahob Sayaran is probably THE most helpful, proactive, and hands-on manager I have encountered both professionally and personally. Everything from helping our elderly vendor print and complete paper work, to escorting him to his solicitor so that the final pieces of paper work can be signed and always being just a few dial tones away, he truly has been exceptional throughout the whole process and we could not thank him enough.
