We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!

Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.
10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.

17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Kayleigh at Taylor’s Dunstable was excellent to deal with during a recent property purchase. The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe. Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

Rob, couldn’t have done more to ensure everything progressed as much as possible. We couldn’t have done it without his help. We would happily recommend buying a property from Michael Graham and if we ever sold our house we know where we would go!

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

He secured a buyer for the property within a fortnight. The sale progressed easily without any hiccups. The whole team were professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you.
22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)We recently bought our house from Farmer and Dyer and they were excellent in particular Simon. We had some uncertainty through the chain and he consistently went above and beyond to help even though this wasn’t his property but others in the chain. He always was responsive, proactive and made time to help and I think the main reason that everything worked out was because of him. Couldn’t recommend him and Farmer and Dyer enough!

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Well what a turn of events! My tenant called worried that he was going to get thrown out, becuase he was trying to make a payment but the receiving bank was rejecting it! After checking my bank statement, I found that a number of payments had not been made, what is the point of having an agent if they can not pass money on correctly. 3-4k or manage the tenent to pay on time. I do not know where the deposit is, there are 2 spares keys to my property held by them. As Blue lasley found, Woodholls was disolved in Nox 2024 Would like to know who Blue lasley used instead. Original reviiew Use them for letting my house. Grant is superb help with my tenant. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
