11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Property: 8 Benjamin House, Malmers Well Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP13 6PE. Disappointing experience with Ryeview Homes. We contacted them about this property and initially the agent who handled our enquiry was kind and professional and arranged a viewing for my partner and me. Shortly after, the manager (Amjid) called and pushed me to visit the property alone the very same day, while also complaining about his own team, which felt unprofessional. I visited the property that afternoon. It was acceptable but quite dated and there was a noticeable mould issue around the windows, which the agent hosting the viewing acknowledged. We made a serious offer: we are a professional couple with stable senior roles and way above average combined income. We offered to treat the mould issue ourselves and proposed paying 6 months’ rent upfront, requesting a modest reduction in rent to reflect the condition of the property. We were told the offer would be presented to the landlord and that we would hear back, but unfortunately we never received any response. As prospective tenants approaching the process seriously and transparently, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. Based on this experience, we would not consider dealing with properties managed by this agency again.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!
28th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Davis Tate were proactive and informative about booking viewings and giving feedback. They offered good advice for attracting more viewings and receiving offers. Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.
22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

24th May 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

Amisha also played a big part as she had answers to every question and made it an enjoyable experience from her professionalism and bubbliness.
3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

They truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and secure in finding the right tenant—someone who would genuinely love and take care of my home. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely communicative and efficient. Delivering great service and depth of knowledge. Overall, I feel secure, well looked after, respected and listened to. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Moving from a flat to a house was a big jump for us. We had limited time to lock in and secure a property that fit, Charan came through for us. Charan went above and beyond to ensure that we were catered to in every way. From early/late correspondence to continuous updates, creating a great sense of trust and confidence within the process. After renovating the property, should we wish to sell, we would definitely instruct Charan to look after our sale. We would want any potential buyer walking through our doors to have the same experience as we did. We cannot express how great Charan was with us over the past couple of months, and we are not easy customers either.
