13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Savills Henley and wanted to leave a review from a buyer’s perspective, as most reviews tend to come from sellers.<br><br>The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.<br><br>A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.<br><br>Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

Great communication throughout, flexible around viewings and really committed through to final completion day, helping us chase solicitors and all parties involved. They achieved our full sale price and negotiated on our behalf for our purchase, we couldn't have been happier with using them.

11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I had a really positive experience with the team when selling my flat, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Gennaro was fantastic throughout the viewing process and did a great job securing the sale. The whole team I dealt with were incredibly helpful, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback throughout. I particularly liked the app they used, which made the whole process easy to follow and ensured communication was always clear and consistent.<br><br>A special mention goes to Natasha, who was extremely helpful during the final stages of the sale. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors and maintaining communication to help push the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling in a challenging market wasn’t necessarily easy, but the support, communication and professionalism of the team made a real difference and helped make the experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Gennaro, Natasha and the whole team for all your hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)In my search for renting a property after having had no luck withh other agency's until i stumbled across an ad for a property that suited my needs and after having enquired through Brown and Merry i was contacted shortly after and they had arranged a viewing, on top of viewing i had made an on the spot query to view a second property and was greatly accommodated, after having made a decision between the two properties i contacted Brown and Merry and they promptly assisted me in the application process and made the process stress free, this is my second time in 5 years using Brown and Merry and would greatly recommend them for prompt and timely assistance and delivery of service.

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.<br>Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.<br>The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.<br>I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!<br>To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.<br>Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.

It was a bit of a long and bizarre house situation, and although the legal side of things wasn’t even her responsibility, Sophie was always happy to help and went out of her way to keep things moving. She kept us updated throughout and was always really friendly and helpful, which made the whole process a lot easier.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Sophie to anyone. Thanks for all your help!

An absolute breath of fresh air compared to the service we received (read didn't) from Brown and Merry. The team's approach is professional beyond anything I've experienced. Realistic, honest expectations were set for the expected sales price, marketing and expected lead time. They do not make promises they cannot keep! Throw into the mix the unexpected loss of our daughter at an already stressful time. Sam seamlessly stepped up, took and maintained control of all the arrangements acroos the whole process and made sure that we were only contacted when absolutely necessary. What a godsend! We cannot thank Alexander Lawrence enough for their amazing support and down-to-earth management of our house sale. Miss Esther Macedru in particular, resolved issues quickly and ensured a speedy return of the deposit. The landlord was also great to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The appointments were set up on the same day so visits were one in, one out viewing the house. It worked ever so well and we were kept informed via email. The whole team was excellent and I would certainly recommend them to sell your house.

From the vet first conversation to the finish, he made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless.<br>Matthew’s communication was genuinely second to none. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the property without making me feel rushed. It is rare to find an estate agent who is both highly professional and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend working with Brown & Merry Aylesbury if you are looking for a property in the area!
