4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We cannot rate higher the service we have received from the Sales Team at Tim Russ. In particular Sarah West who has been a voice of calm and incredibly efficient in keeping the chain moving, talking to everyones solicitors and we have a moving date! In a tough housing market. Tim Russ has a role that once your property is sold the sales team give the process to be managed through to completion. Our City Solicitor is equally impressed and said he wishes all agents had such a role and ideally filled by someone as professional as Sarah.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Hurst Estate Agents Wycombe highly enough, and especially Gabriela. The sale was more complicated than most, with a Help to Buy transfer of equity and delays on my side that dragged things out, but Gabriela was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. She kept things moving, chased when needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden even when the process took far longer than expected.

From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

Even when things became difficult and complicated, they stuck by me and continued to be helpful, patient and understanding from start to finish.<br><br>They dealt with all the complexities of my situation professionally and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Communication was always great, and they kept me updated and helped wherever they could.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful to both Poppy and Alex for their time, patience and effort in helping me secure my new place. He was genuine, trustworthy and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond to any questions I had and went above and beyond to help things move along. When he wasn’t available, Stuart effortlessly stepped in. I would happily recommend Tom and Astons to anyone looking for an estate agent and will definitely be using them again.

She has been professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and supportive. Erin was equally helpful when showing me around several properties before I found the right one. From start to finish, I felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property.<br><br>They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive.<br><br>In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
