We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction.<br><br>In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase.<br><br>It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.

Once an offer was accepted we were handed over to Andrew who again did an exceptional job, constantly on the case and making sure we were aware of what was happening , couldn’t have made it any easier. Well done everyone and a big thank you, Would highly recommend!

However, the agent from Roman, especially Liv who contacted and chased up all the way we found our right one. She has put all the effort to give our family a warmly and tailored house. 9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I am extremely frustrated with this company and their lack of enthusiasm and professionalism in their efforts to sell our house. The feedback they provide is always, “They like the house, but…”. I feel they show little to no genuine interest in getting our property sold. I can attest to this based on my own experience viewing houses with them. On those occasions, they have simply stood in silence while we looked around, offering no input or effort to highlight the property’s features. I believe this lack of salesmanship is a key reason our house is not selling. After just two weeks on the market, they suggested reducing the price. When we agreed to a percentage reduction, they then dragged their heels and pushed for a further decrease, claiming the price would otherwise “look strange”. We have two young boys, which already makes arranging viewings challenging. Last minute cancellations and the failure to provide accurate information to prospective buyers continuously waste our time. Most recently, we viewed a property and were not informed that it had been sold the very next day again, a complete waste of our time.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Cannot be happier with Kevin Henry! David Moss was super and valued our house perfectly, as it sold within a week despite it being over everyone else’s valuation. He was also very honest and we felt like he had our best interests at heart when discussing all our sale options. This really stood out compared to the other estate agents we’d had out. Then we dealt mostly with Katie Staggs and she was wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough - she was more helpful than my solicitor and offered to do more constantly to support us in selling the house. She also offered great advice when she could because sadly we were gazumped on a couple of others properties… this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. So so impressed and would definitely recommend them to a friend!

They were professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. My flat sold very quickly after changing agencies, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed. They also work with an excellent solicitor, Rebeka,which made everything quick and far less stressful than I expected. 12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m very disappointed with the lack of response from this agency. It has now been over a month since we first reported that our property does not have a functioning toilet, and despite calling every day, no one has properly responded or taken action to resolve the issue. This is a basic and urgent matter that should never be left unresolved for this long. Who is actually responsible for following up and fixing problems like this? The lack of communication and urgency is extremely frustrating and, honestly, very discouraging. I hope this is addressed immediately.
