11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!

11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Property: 8 Benjamin House, Malmers Well Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP13 6PE. Disappointing experience with Ryeview Homes. We contacted them about this property and initially the agent who handled our enquiry was kind and professional and arranged a viewing for my partner and me. Shortly after, the manager (Amjid) called and pushed me to visit the property alone the very same day, while also complaining about his own team, which felt unprofessional. I visited the property that afternoon. It was acceptable but quite dated and there was a noticeable mould issue around the windows, which the agent hosting the viewing acknowledged. We made a serious offer: we are a professional couple with stable senior roles and way above average combined income. We offered to treat the mould issue ourselves and proposed paying 6 months’ rent upfront, requesting a modest reduction in rent to reflect the condition of the property. We were told the offer would be presented to the landlord and that we would hear back, but unfortunately we never received any response. As prospective tenants approaching the process seriously and transparently, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. Based on this experience, we would not consider dealing with properties managed by this agency again.

From start to finish, the team were professional, proactive and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.<br><br>A special thank you to Victoria, Emily and Alison who were all brilliant to deal with. Their communication was excellent and kept me informed at every stage.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Frost to anyone looking to buy or sell.

He was friendly, knowledgeable about the local area and checked in throughout the process to keep us informed. Can’t recommend Ballards and especially Charlie more. From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. 6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

There had been a few issues outstanding issues however Michael has really stepped up to ensure that things are being sorted out. I have also spoken over the past few months to Gary, one of the directors, and Laura and I find everyone extremely helpful.
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)The lettings team at Savills Oxford Summertown, in particular, Rosie De Keyser , and the property management team, in particular Charlotte Nugent and Isla Howell-Bayes, were amazing in the process of letting my property and now managing it. They found me great tenants, walked alongside me through the process of getting flat ready for rental so smoothly, and I can honestly say I sleep easy knowing that they are managing the property. As a non-resident landlady, it is so important to have agents that I can trust and rely on. Thank you so much and Bless you, Rosie, Charlotte and Isla

23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

From the very beginning, Bradley was polite, confident, and extremely reassuring. As an exceptional Sales Manager, he stood out straight away with his professionalism, knowledge, and determination to get our home sold. Bradley gave us complete confidence in the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything moved forward. His communication, guidance, and commitment made a huge difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best result for us. Thanks to Bradley’s efforts, Duncan Yeardley quickly got things moving. Our property was eventually sold with the help of Freya, who also played an important role in progressing the sale and helping get everything over the line. Behind the scenes, Karen Stanton was fantastic as well. She did a remarkable job, especially when it came to resolving issues and correcting mistakes made by our solicitors. Overall, Duncan Yeardley did a brilliant job, but Bradley Holt truly stood out. His dedication, professionalism, and leadership as Sales Manager made the whole experience much smoother for us. Despite my needing to view the property outside of his working hours, travelling for work, and being unable to collect the keys myself, Dev went out of his way to make sure everything was arranged seamlessly. He found solutions at every step and consistently went above and beyond throughout the leasing process. The entire experience was smooth, and Dev was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. Thank you!
