Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from<br><br>But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.<br><br>So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.<br><br>Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.<br>Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.<br>I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.<br>Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!<br>Very low moral standards of all the staff here

15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
