We cannot recommend Michael's Halstead enough!<br>We are first time buyers and have had a nightmare with our Solicitors Firm, Jacqui, Aaron and the team have been so supportive and thorough with information throughout the whole process! Our initial and 2nd viewing with Max was great, he was very accommodating and informative both times.<br>We understand how hard it must be to be stuck in the middle of the buyers, sellers and 2 lots of Solicitor firms! Moved out of our house last weekend and Michael's done their standard checkout checks. Alot of false statement as what looks like reused pictures from the inventory before we moved in. Laura one of the rental agents is extremely rude and arrogant and would advise avoiding her like the plague. Would not recommend anybody use Michael's as they will try to rob you of deposits by use of false claims. 0/10 would never use again.

Honestly only gave 1 star because I had to, very unprofessional team of people who love to play you off against other people in the chain, they will tell you lies the entire time. Once they have your signed contract from you they really do not care. Worst agent I have ever used and will not be using again. Safe to say I was warned before using and I didn’t listen!

If you have a property to sell than without doubt you should use Michaels. I was having problems selling my property with other agents. Twice i put my property on the market and with other agents I received offers the same day, In each case I accepted my agents recommendations . After 16 weeks in each case the sale fell through and the information supplied to me was not correct.as the chains broke<br>My experience with Michaels was so different, from the minuet I<br>approach them they found me a buyer and keep me informed as the transaction progressed the contacted all the relevant solicitors for update information and always kept me informed.<br>The sale was completed in 12 weeks and I cant praise Michaels enough

When I first walked into Michaels property and requested to view a property to them making my offer I can honestly say the Service I received was 5* from the lovely lady who showed me around to then introducing me to the mortgage broker Erin who sat with me for 2 hours going through my paperwork to then finding a mortgage that day! Communication was fantastic and The whole procedure to buy my first property on my own was so easy.
If I ever sell I will be coming back to Michaels estate agents for sure .
