They worked as a team and kept me informed throughout the process. They produced great photographs and literature and marketed the house creatively at a realistic price and generated immediate interest. Within 2 weeks of registering with them we had a realistic offer that progressed to a sale.

As a buyer who struggled with slow/uncommunicative solicitors, it was so reassuring to know we had Dan from westbrook on our side who kindly and professionally helped us understand the process and aid in moving it along. Dan acted as a great middle man between sellers and buyers and also between solicitors to keep everyone informed and feeling supported.

They were efficient in allowing the survey to book in & even sorted out getting a wasps nest sorted within 24 hours. He carried out thorough research and took the time to properly assess the property. What really made a difference was how clearly he explained the valuation and the reasoning behind it, something no other agent did. It gave me real confidence that we were in the right hands.<br><br>Throughout the process, the team were fantastic. They kept me fully updated and handled all the viewings, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during a sensitive time.<br><br>A special thank you to Chelsea, who was incredible. Any issues I’ve raised regarding the property have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’d especially like to mention Andy, who has been my main point of contact throughout my time here.
