They are always approachable, very helpful, knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them enough. They really do care about selling homes not just houses. A massive heart felt thank you to everyone at Courtyard homes and I still can’t believe it was only on the market for about 4-days! ??????

From the initial valuation meeting to accepting an offer, the communication has been timely, we received an offer following the first viewing. This was within the first week of marketing. We received excellent advice on pricing the property appropriately to achieve a quick sale which was a very good price. They also have excellent local knowledge. Highly recommend the team at Padgate, Warrington.
