16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. Homes for You are thoroughly professional and I would recommend without hesitation.

5th May 2026 (4 days ago)We worked with Paul Davies initially to discuss marketing our bungalow. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!

10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Have sold an inherited property and rented with Ferriers. They work with heart and integrity and have made both experiences with them easy. The integrity of an estate agent really does matter and these guys are miles ahead of competitors. They are supportive and have made stressful times more bearable. Should I find myself looking for a property in the future then Ferriers will 100% be my first port of call. Thank you to you all at Ferriers ….this is exactly how an estate agents should operate xx
20th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. Sally and David were extremely helpful finding us a brilliant landlord. Maintenances are always in time, communications are smooth. I got all my deposit back and did had a great living experience with Simpson Estates.

14th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Leanne Kent Properties were one of three estate agents I invited to value my property. Adrian explained to me that he would endeavour to provide a REALISTIC price. And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people. No hesitation in recommending
