1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.- 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Alex has been amazing throughout the sale of my Mums property. Couldn't ask for better- 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend buying/selling with Dawsons and to be honest I wouldn't use anybody else. The staff especially Olivia are absolutely first class so helpful and kept me updated from the very start! By going with a reputable agent it takes the pressure off a bit as selling/buying can be very stressful but with Dawsons you know that you are having a great agent! Highly recommend!!!

Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x

Communication was clear and regular. My questions were answered quickly and the whole process of putting the house on the market, having viewings and follow up was handled very efficiently. 4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!- 25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Dawson's were professional throughout and the agents were fantastic, we are very grateful to them, thank you. They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.
27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We used SA property as Ben was straight talking, to the point, and personable. Our house was put up and we had accepted an offer within a week. Communication was great from both Ben and Sophia and we couldn't have asked for more from them!

I also have few properties with a national company and there is no comparison in the level of service that White and Jones provide. All the staff go above and beyond to help and all services/ maintenance are dealt with by local people in a local office. Your call is always answered and your email responded too. Keep up the good work!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again.<br><br>Update in response:<br>As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you.
