They arranged the photos quickly, made the whole process feel effortless, and set up viewings to suit our specific times and dates, which took a huge amount of stress off us.<br><br>Throughout the sale, they kept us fully up to date with every development. We were informed of offers promptly, and after closing they took the time to walk us through each one so we understood everything clearly. Their communication was consistent, reassuring, and always helpful.<br><br>Every member of staff we dealt with was fantastic — supportive, organised, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Residence to anyone selling their home.

Nicole came highly recommended so it was an easy decision when speaking to Nicole that I trusted Countrywide as our estate agent. 2 weeks from being on market we have accepted an offer and the whole process has been so smooth. Thank you again. Highly recommend to anyone choosing an estate agent you can trust. Dalia and Chloe also were amazing! Thank you ??

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

5th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.
