The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. I have rented out my property's with the Property Bureau for over 10 years and over those years I have found the past and especially the present team at the Airdrie office outstanding. I recently had a massive task to be made with my propertys and I feel I wouldn't have got through it without the team. They went over and above there duty to get the job done they listened to all my issues which I had a few and gave out sound advise to resolve the problem. Don't rent from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Very rude and very arrogant and very unprofessional. YOUR ANSWER JUST PROVES MY POINT. 2 MONTHS SHORT OUT OF 9 YEARS THROUGH COVID LIKE MOST OF THE WORLD. AND YOUS EVEN SAYING SOMETHING THAT PRIVATE SHOULD TELL ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS OR UP COMING CUSTOMERS EVERYTHING..
The kitchen ceiling has been sitting like that since end of October 2021. And it is no 27th of January 2022
Please fix it because emails are getting us nowhere. And they tell us it needs dried out. Obviously, it needed replacing from start.
Update still not fixed, and it's 4-4-23

I am not one who usually writes reviews online but my experience with Property Bureau (Airdrie) has annoyed me so much that I felt compelled to and also to warn other Buyers/Sellers about the experience that happened to us.
As we were purchasing a home Property Bureau Airdrie was selling, we decided an easy option would be to sell our property with Property Bureau Airdrie also, the Agent had a good knowledge of the area and gave us confidence that she could sell our home quickly. She returned with the paperwork and took photographs of our property, which we reviewed before they were posted online, within a month our property was sold.
I am writing this review to warn others of what we were advised to do by Property Bureau Airdrie, as we had not much experience of selling a property for some time (We had lived in our existing property for 13 years) we went with their advice. The agent advised that the current trend was to leave all white goods when selling a property, both my partner and I were not happy about leaving a washing machine that was less than a year old and a dishwasher that was merely six weeks old but we went with the Agents advice and when we sold the property we left all white goods as instructed by the Agent.
This was a big mistake, when me moved into our new property, the white goods in which we inherited were absolutely disgusting, the washing machine had black mould growing within the drawer of the machine and within the drum, we had do dispose of the washing machine (Which cost us £20) and purchase a new washing machine at a cost of £230 in which we had to wait almost two weeks for delivery. The fridge freezer was also disgusting, it took a complete day to clean and still to this day we have not used the freezer compartment, again we purchased a new chest freezer to tide us over until we update the kitchen completely. We have tried to complete compensation for the new washing machine but have been told that this would be a complete waste of time, another point, when seeking legal representation when purchasing/selling a property through Property Bureau Airdrie, choose your own and don’t go with legal firm that they advise.

Superb service received from the team at the Airdrie branch (Marie, Gavin and Nadia) through each stage of the process.
The team were both extremely personable and knowledgeable and on many occasions preempted our queries or concerns. We’re very grateful for the regular communication from them, whether it was to inform us of progress or to simply check in to see how we were and offer any further support if we felt we needed it. It quickly became clear that the team communicate well together – any time we spoke with one person and soon thereafter spoke with another, they were fully up to speed with the goings-on.
The whole process of selling (and buying) a home is both stressful and expensive but the team were there to help at every step of the way and we truly believe we’ve received value for money.
We will most definitely be employing the services of the Airdrie branch of Property Bureau when selling next time and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.
What a team – ten out of ten from us.

People from the Property Bureau (especially Nadia and Margaret) were friendly to my family and me, helped in our search for a new home in Stewarton, Kilmarnock (Scotland), they quickly sent all the necessary documents and helped us with all processes to our entrance and when we need to move to another house (job reason). About the house we really liked, it was a good house, spacious and in good condition and price. (As you can see, I'm not fluent, but they were very patient with me too :) ) I hope a lot of success for the Property Bureau and their team!

We were undecided about which Estate Agent to use to sell our property until we met Gavin from Property Bureau Airdrie. We hadn't sold property for over 40 years and so were very inexperienced but Gavin was very reassuring and gave us so much confidence. He marketed the property extremely well and within just a couple of days we had the house sold!
