We can't thank the team at Countrywide enough for all their help and support throughout our sale. After having a really poor experience with another estate agency and then having an offer fall through, we were feeling quite stressed and unsure about the whole process and whether to even sell. From the very first meeting with Molly, who came out to our house, we felt much more positive and reassured. Nicole was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome.
