I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)We really wanted to buy a house in the Brentham Garden suburb after being introduced to it by friends. Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.
16th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Awful estate agents, nobody comes to show you the property and relies on the tenant to let you in. Tenant wasn't answering so couldn't see the property, Hansi was ignoring all calls so didn't know what was going on, waste of time and money getting to a viewing to stand outside. Wonder if tenant gets the commission since they're doing the work.

13th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
24th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

He organised an open house for potential purchasers within days of instruction and generated loads of interest. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided us with valuable advice and guidance when we needed it. He is also very competitively priced, so we save money too! We are now looking to exchange contracts within the next week and are looking forward to moving into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack & Kingsley Estates if you are looking to sell your house.
