Moved out on 1st of November from a property managed by Lordsons. One month notice was given, as per my contract, and yet deposit is still to be returned by them, even if they had landlord’s confirmation to return in full. Not responding to calls or e-mails and now their website is no longer active. I suspect they never held my deposit in a protection scheme as I cannot find it on any of the main ones. Searching on the internet, it seems like they were banned by Southend Council in 2024. Stay way clear from this con agency!! I suspect a lot more people are or will be in the same position as I am!!... Read more
