Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I wanted to view a probate property and my viewing was delayed by nine days, despite my repeated requests. Throughout the process I felt that unnecessary hurdles were constantly put in my way, and the property was eventually sold for less than I was prepared to pay. Because of the way everything was handled, I have asked the Property Ombudsman to investigate my concerns. To make matters worse, after spending the morning returning missed calls from various estate agents about other properties, I noticed I had also missed a call from this office. When I rang back, the person who answered was rude and abruptly hung up on me. Good customer service costs nothing, and there is simply no excuse for treating potential buyers in this way. My experience has left me with no confidence in this company, and I would not recommend them.... Read more
