23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)AVOID THEM. They will rob you blind of your deposit and withold legal documents they "swear they'll get tomorrow" to avoid giving you your dues. Like many others said they will make dizzying claims about needing professional cleaners. Especially when you hired your own out of pocket to avoid these things. They are rude, dismissive and will trick you into doing everything over the calls to avoid leaving evidence of responsibility before gaslighting you wildly. Mohammed told us to sit outside in the peak of winter overnight when the lock which the locksmith WE had to hire said was "a decade out of date". Took days of arguing to get them to pay us back. It was -5 and mohammed knew full well I was asthmatic. Disgusting business with no morals. Watch your backs, avoid this lot.

She went far beyond her remit to ensure the transaction crossed the finish line. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.

Jordan F rented out my house for 3 years. They got tenants swiftly. They dealt and communciated about every issue well and clearly. Very good! Very good!

Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

They made what is usually an incredibly stressful time feel like a breeze. Having such a poor experience with a corporate estate agency last year in which the sale ultimately fell through, we can honestly say those 2 experiences were like night and day. Maurice kept us up to date with the process, always got back to us, and gave sound advice from start to finish. If you’re looking to buy or sell your property, we couldn’t recommend Maurice Kilbride Residential Sales and Lettings enough. You’ll honestly be in the safest of hands!

The staff were all very polite & informative, keeping us in the loop along the journey. Will Minns was super helpful, if we ever had any queries, he would always find the answers. Thank you team
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We have been dealing with Tai Chapman. She has been thorough throughout, friendly and helpful. Constant updates, it took a while to sell the property but I was reassured Edward Mellor were doing as much as they can. Top class service.
13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.- 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Dan and the Bramhall sales team are professional, hardworking and excellent communicators. They went above and beyond and made the whole process very easy.
