No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. 23rd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)We just moved house and two of the properties in our chain were through Parkers Stroud, including the one we were purchasing. These sales were being managed by Matt Flemming. We had to try to get this chain through to completion before Christmas because our buyers were in temporary accommodation with relatives. This only gave us 9 weeks to get everything completed, which in the current market conditions was almost impossible. Matt was absolutely superhuman in managing the whole chain almost single handed. In the last 2 weeks of the process, Matt called us every day to update us and share progress. He dealt with the sellers, buyers, other estate agents and the solicitors. Unbelievably the process was completed within the 9 week target, mainly due to the unwavering commitment of Matt. I would strongly recommend using Matt Flemming at Parkers Stroud, whether you are buying or selling, he gets the job done.
28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Overall a mixed bag of opinions, chris himself who does the show rounds is lovely but buying your first home is a bit of a minefield to say the least, We had two failed property's with them. 1st property where the seller pulled out because we wouldn't pay 3.6k towards HIS defective lease this went on for a few months and resulted on us missing the deadline of our tenancy end in our current property. The estate agents was not considerate of the situation & didn't offer anything else within our criteria and just went about their day knowing we'd still be open to further properties as we were staying in air bnb's and hotels at the time. They just re listed the property as "newly" on the market when in fact it had been listed for the best part of 6-8 months prior. The second property we went to attend a viewing in which they hadn't pencilled in and we had to call whilst being stood outside for 15 minutes. to which we was told we never confirmed even though we had written confirmation of both ourselves and themselves agreeing a time etc, We was then rushed during this viewing because they'd double booked. We went onto register interest in another property and just never received a follow up. We shown interest in this property more than once left vm's and emails. If you're thinking about selling i would not use them as they don't care about you at all & have probably scared many other potential buyers off as well. After a whole year we managed to find a house with another estate agents stress free, This house did not come with free mould, soiled floorboards, leaking roofs, Landlord special cover ups & the area was not mis sold as a nice area when in fact it gave shameless a good run for its money.
17th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)My partner and I put an offer in on a property advised by Kirkham property last month, we offered the asking price and the offer was accepted and we were told it will be sale dependant due to my partner needing to sell his house. The property remained on the market and we were told by Sue Needham that we will be informed if the property received any other offers. We have since looked on Rightmove and noticed the property is now sold STC. We were never told of this and are extremely disappointed with the poor communication and service by Sue representing Kirkham property. We have since further enquired to view another property, my partner spoke to Sue Needham and she informed him that she needs to speak to the seller as they are living in the house so she will ring him back with availability. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS CALL BACK.

Lucy one of the agents was super helpful when we moved in and afterwards she's still helpful if you need anything and can help you get to your help point. The houses are nice and neat. I recommend it

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I am just sold a house through Latham Estates, I just wanted to share my experience . Debbie and the team ( special mention to Aimee ) are really great. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. I was kept up to date regularly on the progress and the team contacted the solicitors in the chain as well as buyers and sellers , which was great and meant information was always accurate and timely . I would highly recommend using the services of Latham Estates if you expect great service and helpful people.

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.
