Matt, the Branch Manager, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When things became complicated with the solicitor, he stepped in immediately to help resolve issues and was always available at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or support. Leo was also brilliant, keeping us regularly updated and ensuring we always knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. His communication was excellent and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. The whole team has been professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us move. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your hard work and support!

Erin has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from organising viewings, keeping us up to date on the progress and with the property we were buying being in a slightly unusal circumstance she was really helpful in making sure we understood the scenario and what needed to be done. Highly recommend - thank you Erin!

13th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The sale had to go through quickly and Kate went above and beyond to chase all the necessary parties to make sure the sale went trough on time. Its been a long process due to solicitor delays which meant a lot of intense activity in the final week. The staff at Bridgford's, especially Destiny worked hard to help get the sale through. They earnt their fees and we are very grateful. I would not use a faceless online agency.

Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys. I found them very good on communication regarding viewings and feedback and I would get a quick response or call back or email with any queries I had. They were also very helpful during the sale process when any problems arose.

Initially we listened to Tom somewhat tongue in cheek due to our previous experience however, from the minute Tom talked the talk, he & CW walked the talk. Their communication, commitment & focus on us was exceptional. My wife & I spent many years in very senior sales positions, we knew what we wanted by our own standards & CW exceeded these. CW delivered on every level; can't praise them enough & we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this company.
