This is my first time renting, I didn’t expect the process to be so simple. (Thanks to Marina!) Marina was available out of hours, that was very helpful. I am really happy with the service Marina & Jimmy provided. Can’t recommend them enough. :)

He ensured our viewers were serious, arranged most viewings while we were on holiday to minimise disruption, and we received 2 offers within a week, one of which we accepted. Matthew ensured that all buyer enquiries were dealt with and that there was a good flow of information and communication, and seamlessly helped guide us through some of the usual challenges, difficulties and uncertainties along the way. From the time we went to market to the time we exchanged was about 12 weeks, and Matthew's expert navigation and guidance were key to everything going smoothly for us and our buyers. (July -Oct 2026). We used WhatsApp for instant messaging and real-time updates, which worked really well for me. He always got in touch when he said he would and delivered on his commitments. We always had his attention when we needed it, which supported continuity and consistency; he always had time for us and any queries we had. His highly personalised service meant we felt valued and were treated with respect and understanding throughout. Barrons sold us the house when we bought it, and we didn't hesitate to approach them again when we came to sell it. Barron's fees are very reasonable and highly competitive, and the service is outstanding; Matthew goes above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and our buyers felt positive and confident.
