At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and the next part of the process explained. At times Rachel went out of her way to help when needed without asking. Rachel made the whole process of selling our house as easy and stressless as it could be. 12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was the first time I have used Paul Wallace Hoddesdon, I was selling a property & the guys were entrusted to show prospective buyers around, I was informed on all viewings & feedback throughout which made the process, for me, really easy, Peter & Joe were first port of call & both very calming influences when events happened further down the chain, communication is first class & I won’t hesitate to use their services again

Prior to the sale the house had been let by the letting line who were also always very professional. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell or rent their property.

Ali was extremely helpful throughout and really went above and beyond to make everything straightforward. He was always responsive to my requests, quick to provide updates, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

Unfortunately, the estate agents who sold our home were terrible and dishonest, and dealing with them really highlighted how exceptional Amie was. We could only wish we had an agent like her on our side. Amie was honest, professional, and communicated brilliantly throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. She did an excellent job representing her client, making sure we were financially ready to proceed and that everything was in place, which made the whole purchase far smoother than it could have been. I truly hope her client also leaves a positive review, as Amie was fantastic. She sets the bar incredibly high within the industry, and other estate agents, especially ours should really take a leaf out of her book. If you live in the area and thinking of selling, call Park Lane! Thank you Park Lane & Amie.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!

Their advice has been very accurate and they clearly understand the local market really well. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the photographs/video, and their use of social media, much better than the competition! Thoroughly recommend them.
