As first time renters we were nervous about how complicated the process was going to be however, Lilya was supportive and responsive throughout the whole process and was always happy to reply to emails quickly and efficiently. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. We can’t thank them enough!

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)After trying and failing to sell my property with another agent I randomly picked Hunters and I was so glad that I made that decision. Hunters showed more prospective buyers round in the first week than the first agents had done in five months! The property description was better, the photographs better and the communications with Ashley and his team were friendly, clear and rapid. Within 5 weeks I had two decent offers on my house and now I can move on with my life.

Selling a home can be stressful, but their calm approach and regular updates made everything feel smooth and well organised. They provided excellent advice on pricing, marketing, and viewings, and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was their genuine commitment — I always felt they had my best interests at heart and were working hard behind the scenes to keep things moving forward. Thanks to Holly and Ella’s dedication and expertise, the whole experience was far more positive than I expected. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic! From the time Kelly came to do the valuation , take the photos to the board going up, the process was slick, professional and without intrusion. My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . What do they say about Estate Agents? Not in this case!! Thank you very much Bell & Co. Sue and Lottie.

We recently had our furniture replaced as the landlord wanted a fresh appearance and the process was very smooth and easy for us as tennants

No matter what I’ve needed, he has always been available at the end of the phone, ready to help with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. My situation hasn’t been the easiest, as this is my first time renting a property on my own, and ensuring I have a safe, secure home for my children is absolutely vital.
