17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)We were very happy with the service that we received from Robinson Jackson. It was not a completely straight forward sale but communication was excellent with the team. We appreciated the support to eventual sale of the property and responsiveness at all times.
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying). My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process. I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell (or even buy) in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond what I could ever have expected. In particular, Amelie Budd, but also Lloyd and Simon have been exceptional. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their kindness and compassion. During what can often be a stressful and emotional process, they treated me with genuine care, patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their communication was clear, prompt and reassuring throughout, and I always felt supported and respected. It is rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a human, empathetic approach. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly puts their clients first.

3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

Stride and sons were professional throughout and was flexible with viewings times and kept us updated with updates throughout the process. Would highly recommended :)- 6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I did not get one enquiry let alone a viewing in three months. Clearly pricing was not competitive for the market - they blamed the market. Communication was sporadic and uninformative too

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

We then proceeded smoothly to completion just over 3 months later. If you want to sell your house in Chichester, look no further than White and Brooks.
