CBSlade already had a buyer lined up for my house. It sold very quickly, I was told it was with a cash buyer. After about 6-8 weeks I hadn't heard anything I contacted Slade only to be told he was now looking for a mortgage. I was never kept up to date I always had to chase him. I felt like CBSlade didn't care about the sale of my house he only wanted to keep the Builder happy who was buying my house. This particular builder buys and sells through CBSlade so he was always looked after NOT ME. From the day the builder said he would have my house until we completed took 8 months. Far too long.
